small rooftop pool outdated treadmill

The location was quite good. I could walk to a few places, even though i mostly used taxis.

the 'rooftop pool' was smaller than my bathtub. seriously. and good luck getting a sunbed because people seem to reserve them at dawn. the gym was even worse, consisting of a treadmill that looked like it was from the 1980s and a few dumbbells.

friendly staff immaculate room beautiful design

i loved this hotel. the staff was super friendly. we got recommendations for nearby restaurants. the rooms are immaculate, and the common areas have beautiful designs. i thought it was a total steal for such a great design hotel. i even got a free drink voucher upon arrival!

the traffic noise was quite noticeable from my room.

stuffy hallways traffic noise

the staff were friendly and helpful, a definite plus.

The noise was a bit much. i could hear traffic from my room, and the hallways felt stuffy. getting around was tricky too. It was a long walk to the bts, and grab wasn't always available because of the traffic.

The staff proved very helpful. The hotel shows beautiful design in public areas. I found my room spotlessly clean and adequately large. I also found a rooftop bar, sky pool, co-working space, and private zone.

I found coffee was terrible and priced similar to five-star hotels offering much better options.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

bad smell average breakfast

I was really annoyed that the room smelled bad. I had to ask to change rooms, and that was a hassle. The new room was ok, but it connected to another room, which I didn't like. The hotel generally feels old and the facilities aren't great. The breakfast was just average too.
