small rooftop pool outdated treadmill
The location was quite good. I could walk to a few places, even though i mostly used taxis.
the 'rooftop pool' was smaller than my bathtub. seriously. and good luck getting a sunbed because people seem to reserve them at dawn. the gym was even worse, consisting of a treadmill that looked like it was from the 1980s and a few dumbbells.

lovely stay!
friendly staff immaculate room beautiful design
i loved this hotel. the staff was super friendly. we got recommendations for nearby restaurants. the rooms are immaculate, and the common areas have beautiful designs. i thought it was a total steal for such a great design hotel. i even got a free drink voucher upon arrival!
the traffic noise was quite noticeable from my room.

Many good restaurants are nearby. shopping malls are within walking distance too. That is convenient. the proximity to various spas and onsens is definitely a plus for relaxation and wellness treatments.

decent stay, some issues
stuffy hallways traffic noise
the staff were friendly and helpful, a definite plus.
The noise was a bit much. i could hear traffic from my room, and the hallways felt stuffy. getting around was tricky too. It was a long walk to the bts, and grab wasn't always available because of the traffic.

Great Experience at Design Hotel
friendly staff beautiful design spacious room
The staff proved very helpful. The hotel shows beautiful design in public areas. I found my room spotlessly clean and adequately large. I also found a rooftop bar, sky pool, co-working space, and private zone.
I found coffee was terrible and priced similar to five-star hotels offering much better options.

The breakfast included had good taste. Servers provided attentive care. I found Fest restaurant serves all-day comfort food and good vibes. I was able to order free drinks, with a selection of cocktails.

The location is near shopping spots and Emsphere. I found it walkable to the heart of the Sukhumvit area. It's near great restaurants. I saw a popular cocktail bar across from the place.

The staff displayed amazing knowledge and friendliness. They were helpful, providing excellent service training. Staff fulfilled my special requests with care. I noticed they placed coffee cups according to guest preference.

The rooms were spacious. I found the bed soft, offering comfortable sleep. The room included a huge TV screen that matched its generosity. Modern design enhanced the room's inviting atmosphere.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
bad smell average breakfast
I was really annoyed that the room smelled bad. I had to ask to change rooms, and that was a hassle. The new room was ok, but it connected to another room, which I didn't like. The hotel generally feels old and the facilities aren't great. The breakfast was just average too.
